1.) Open an empty notepad file
2.) Type "Bush hid the facts" (without the quotes)
3.) Save it as whatever you want.
4.) Close it, and re-open it.

How do I enable advanced security settings like found in Windows 2000
1.) Open windows explorer then click on Tools->Folder Options
2.) Click on the View Tab.
3.) (uncheck) the option that reads 'use simple file sharing'
This will allow you to see the security tab
when viewing the properties of a file/folder.
